What is our Build Process?

Similar to our homes, our build process is tailored to our customers. One of the keys to our success is developing accurate pricing for our customers. We gain a clear understanding of what our clients’ foresee in their home and offer pricing based on this. The result is a beautiful space that arrives within the predetermined budget and exceeds all expectations.

We take our clients through each level of construction with care, ensuring that each component, whether it be cabinetry, flooring, or truss design, meets their expectations. Conversely, our construction management team takes every step necessary to ensure the quality of your home throughout each stage of construction. At completion, we perform a walkthrough with our customer to certify that their new home is everything they had envisioned and that they are familiar with the operation of its various systems. It is through these careful and considerate processes that we are able to establish both a rewarding building experience and an ongoing relationship.
